• Volunteer Appreciation Pot Luck Lunch

There will be a Volunteer Recognition/Appreciation Lunch at 1504 Field Street in Metairie off of Clearview & W. Napoleon. Lunch will be Pot Luck! Please bring a salad, casserole, or a desert or etc. We will present volunteer recognition awards & gifts, and we will have a little time for planning, eating & a lot of time for fun and fellowship! Come Join Us!
• Volunteer / Educational Meeting

There will be a volunteer & planning meeting at 6:00 PM for all volunteers at the Angels' Place office. We will finalize plans for our Angels' Place Dance & assign volunteer responsibilities, discuss other upcoming events, such as the tennis tournament, and have a time of fun & fellowship! • Angels' Place Dance with Harvey Jesus at The Balcony
Thursday, July 18, 2002
Come to The Balcony in Metairie for a dance from 7:00 PM until 10:00 PM. There will be music, delicious food and an open bar. We invite all our grass-roots supporters who care about our seriously ill children/families to attend. Tickets are $25 a person and $40 a couple. Aurora Country Club
August 16, 17 & 18 2002
A charity tennis tournament to benefit Angels' Place. Entry Deadline: Saturday, August 10, 2002 at 12:00 Midnight. Players may contact Aurora at (504) 392-3300 for more information. Entry Fee: $50 per team - make checks payable to Aurora Country Club. Includes: Tournament T-shirt, Beer & Soft Drinks, Lunch on Saturday.
